Training Courses:

Stress/well-being awareness – half day
A thorough, up to date exploration of the internal and external causes and effects of excessive pressure with useful strategies to apply. This course is appropriate for all levels of staff. It is the basic training necessary in companies to initiate a positive attitude and approach to workplace stress throughout the workforce.

Implementation of Management Standards – 1 or 2 days
Removing the clutter of poor practice and making way for clear vision and smooth process. This course is appropriate for middle and senior managers to
appreciate the causes and costs of organisational stress, understand the legal framework of stress and begin to learn how to implement the H & S Management Standards and competencies. We demonstrate that these standards can be used to motivate and engage staff.

Now you’re Talking
Spend a day exploring all aspects of communication – how we talk, listen and absorb information. This workshop will enhance lines of communication in your organisation, improve relationships and open up new dialogues between employees. It develops management competencies.

Mentoring – training the Mentor
A suite of workshops to allow individual skills and styles to flourish and develop within an effective model. Based on clarity of boundaries, listening skills and accentuating the positive, we encourage a coaching style using intuition, experience and emotional intelligence.

Mentoring – training the Mentee
A short session to set the scene and expectations of Mentoring
